This trial WAS a big deal. In essence it determines whether AGS has something to sell or not. Nobody will buy it without the sales rights, much like buying a business without a lease, won't happen imo.
Can't see AGS holding on to this if we win the sales rights back. I think a sale will be a foregone conclusion.
Who really was behind this court action anyway? I have a feeling it was a potential buyer.
AGS has wanted to sell this since the project began. They had a buyer 5 or 6 years ago, it was mentioned in one of the earlier judgements. Lack of sales rights put them off.
Expect an offer once we get the sales rights, and possibly an offer for AGS not just ACE. Remember the comment that it bypasses Q/H pre-emptive rights. They can't stop us selling AGS but they could still stop us selling ACE.
