AGS has wanted to sell this since the project began. They had a buyer 5 or 6 years ago, it was mentioned in one of the earlier judgements. Lack of sales rights put them off.

Expect an offer once we get the sales rights, and possibly an offer for AGS not just ACE. Remember the comment that it bypasses Q/H pre-emptive rights. They can't stop us selling AGS but they could still stop us selling ACE.

That was huge news we learnt from the trial.

Not getting my hopes up just yet, but it does look positive. They do/did have 5 potential buyers from the Deloitte process.
