What do you or others believe initially triggered The Director//s of AGS into seeking advice.
Do you believe it to be all things related to the JVA or the extension of the earn in period only .?

I.G. states from memory he did not read the JVA until 2003-2004(have to go back over the notes).

What I'm trying to get at is that once I.G. scrutinised the JVA he may have concluded it was completely unworkable before the starting point of the M&D C Matter.
That would peeved me in regard to the 60c CR. imo

Obviously getting out of the JVA for AGS is a lot harder than H/Q getting in.!

That's the major problem for AGS. imo
