    If there is no settlement prior to Court, then it makes sense that they can not agree on terms and conditions, basically price.
    This is positive news for me, as it means that IG is going for broke.
    Now if our case is as strong as the up beat SH says be patient we are here, again, unfortunately I suspect an appeal is inevitable.
    The best result is a settlement during trial, as in my opinion only HQ would instigate this if they felt there were going to lose.

    Personally, this is the difference between working 6 days for the rest of my life which I had always assumed would be the case, or 4 days a week with a 6 week holiday to Disneyland for my 4 kids.
