Will we or won't we - get an announcement sometime prior to...

Will we or won't we - get an announcement sometime prior to 10.15 (court session) ? Looking at the last time frame (ML and D conduct) the ASX announcement re settlement was delivered at 9.45 EST. Our capitulation though was at least several days before that (we were told the critical evidence was supplied on June 24th).

I can't help thinking that if there is to be a settlement pre trial (in whatever form) then it has been reached already. And being by nature an optimist (or a dreamer ) I bought some yesterday at 0.093. .. Looking at the Bids and Offers though there don't seem to be many optimists around this morning.
