Atm its around 20% and reducing down to 15% at the next cash call when its the only time through making the Cash Call that the Reduction Process can be halted by AGS other than through the Courts. In my opinion.Sales Rights is the Saleable asset. (ACE) if they cant get Damages awarded including the Reduction Process reversed.!to some extent .25% and Sales rights as opposed to 15% and sales rights for any sale of ACE . A difference of 40% assessed value (ACE). imo if sold.Lose this Court Action and as Tamra1 pointed out its crowded in the Court room with Silks so the Legal Costs will be significant if AGS has to pay.genius or a dunce! been there done that. lol

Couldn't agree more MD. I don't want to think of what the share price will be if we lose! This is like playing Russian Roulette but if AGS hadn't started this case we would be dead anyway.
