Damo, at one of the directions hearings I attended last week, our legal team (Mr Thomas) mentioned AGS has a "draft agreement" with Cameco. What that means, I don't know.. it's up to everyone's own interpretation.
Might simply mean if we win sales rights back, Cameco may take 25% of the stockpile they are currently holding off AGS. Might be a bigger deal at play. Not sure..
