settlement ramifications

Now that a figure of $60mill. has been assigned to the two class actions as a settlement the following points should be made-

No more outlandish statements about the $1bill being eaten up by the class actions.

No more fear about OZL crashing after any adverse court decisions.

Hopefully a halt put to all uncertainty about the result and as such the share price can flourish.

The only downside i can see is that ASIC who had previously said that at the time they would not be taking any action will now not have an admition of liability to use to persue any action.
