    ville - i think this whole sorry chapter has now been laid to rest. perhaps not to everybody's satisfaction but justice has been seen to have been done even if the real culprits appear to have escaped personal scrutiny

    i don't imagine asic will bother to pursue it any further than their initial cursory glance

    and i agree that the uncertainty should now evaporate and the share price move correspondingly upward
