Coal - Time Lapsed - No 100% offtake taken up - they would have told us that because it is positive news
D&C - Obvious no deal - they would have told us that to - possible still in discussion or lawyers now have it but the legal action commenced in Peru would have to continue as deadline passed or ask for extra extention either way we should be updated.
That is why SRK is an ordinary stock at times. The management have no interest in letting the us know whats happening.
