If you know so much and believe CHM will have no impact on MMX why do always post here and rarely on MMX.
Me thinks with the number of posts on CHM you make, you are a touch more worried than you make out.
Holders of CHM like the board are quitely confident on a result and now can wait out judgement. Who cares about the day to day share price if you are not a seller.
It wasnt CHM trying to settle this matter according to the judge.
I also noticed you never commented on the post about the valuation of the MMX shares paid to Winterfall and the amount they put down for stamp duty purposes. A very good point I thought.
