* Statoil and PFC weren't sharing data with BKP
* All parties resolve dispute, BKP is now privy to data and information
* All of a sudden, a bit of a buying frenzy on a stock that hasn't done anything in a while, on the back of the completion of OzDelta (a well on BKP tenements) and the beginning of the drilling of OzEpsilon (also on BKP land).
