    Exactly !!! That explains why they had one of the highest former FEDERAL court judges as their mediator. The obvious outcome is obvious to anyone who has been following this. One of the JV partners will mine these deposits and I don't think it will be AGS.

    Nicely put de novo, I think the market is slowly catching on. And as Harry said, $3 would be a minimum.
