What amazes me is that the market hasn't reacted to the obvious then.
There is no way AGS's s/p should be traded this low.
Sellers should not control buyers as was the case today.imo But I'll give the benefit of the doubt for one day at a time.lol
Admittedly the share market atm is seen as risk for most investors particularly "mum and dad investors" but the s/price has to reflect the outcome soon because when a resolution is agreed a TRADING HALT has to be called to precede the announcement to the Market.imo
Lets say IF a buyout came at anywhere between 1.50 and 2.50(using figures)then a jump from around 30-35c (just using recent prices)atm to reflect the buyout figure is going to seem unbelievable. imo
Of course the negotiations can go on for some time until all are set.lol
That is another bugbear for the shareholders with this confidentiality clause in place, something I believe is not in the best interests of AGS's Share holders.imo
