I would like to see the company REPAY money TAKEN from shareholders in their 2010 Share Purchase Plan... since it was taken up to fund the project that they have just been paid back then it seems only fair!
I am not just saying this because I took part in SPP (sad to say I did...glad I sold some >$2 to fund it!) ...I just think it should not have been allowed to take money of holders to fund development of something that they did not even have proper legal rights over! Probably something ASIC should have/be involved in anyway!
