Well I will not comment on my further strategy - I will say that I realize I could wipe out just as easily as coming out way ahead.

If MST does fail I look forward to joining a shareholder law suit against a group that I suspect may be intentionaly crashing metal storm for the benefit of certain note holders.

I will seek full disclosure as to who the proposed investment group really was if at all.

I see the situation as a win win for the shareholders across the board - either the BOD has bold faced lied pubicaly or the investment group is real.

It appearws to me a group is working very hard to get MST shareholders to freak and dump.

Bottom line a lot of money to be made here either through law suits or just good old ROI.
