the stock is locked away, kalahari and polo are in the role of kingmaker, there is no rabble of shareholders that require convincing, the share price is entirely irrelevant to calculations of value made by hohnen and dattels, this will not be a lay down misere for an opportunistic buyer, amidst a wave of asset sales by a stricken rio, ext and RS has remained a prized asset, that should attest a great deal as to how rio views the future of its minority stake in ext and kah, RS is serious, prized and scarce, everyone on god's green earth with a quarter brain or more knows that and the takeover offer (if not the share price) will reflect and reward shareholders for that. We are riding on the coat tails of a proven deal maker. Just hold on.
