A point I didn't get across here is given they do have high calibre people... I have to have a certain amount of faith that they are working diligently in the background.
This background work is what isn't announced to the market so it's hard to accurately assess what someone is worth in that sense. Based on visible progress I feel like maybe there could be an improvement, but we all know it's contingent on the U price so it's a bit unfair.
Of course I'd like them to all take a pay cut, but that's because I'd like all non essential costs to be closer to zero, but if that happens we'd probably have Jack from the local servo running the show... Which I don't want. Not that Jack at the local servo couldn't do it - I'd just prefer to have experienced "top" people, not people we could pay less.... GLAH.
