very true captain but s232 matters if outcome is quota = good for vimy as generically good for industry (bottleneck released) if outcome is tariff (per details in my previous post) = really really great for vimy (will almost certainly see start of contracting for Vimy by Q1 2020 anyhow just a few more weeks and even just spot increasing to c.35 to 39 like many are speculating will see everyone rising on the tide
