Interesting to see a press release today :

Seven and TiVo Inc sign strategic partnership

They mention "Engin will play a pivotal role in distribution and support of TiVo in Australia. Seven and Engin are finalizing distribution arrangements with other partners. Further announcements of these arrangements are expected in the coming weeks."

I wonder why engin is getting involved? It doesn't seem like core business. No doubt Seven has a influence here.

Also interesting that Yahoo 7 has a partnership with Reeltime Media (ASX:RMA) which I would of though was more appropriate to distribute TiVo. Looks like seven values engin more than Reeltime to get the sales.
