    The trading in PEM is strange. 1.1m through in 590 trades at an average of 1800 shares per trade. Theres been 65+ bids on at 381 all day, yet only 23,891 shares through at 381, so the buyers aren't all that keen. Also after some early trades up to 392 it has been kept in a very tight range of 381-385. Someone is trying to do something, but what. Any ideas?
