I reckon it is Seven spin to keep the ENG SP low in readiness for a complete takeover. If Seven wanted the SP up they would not be putting out negative spin.
Just look at the Seven address to shareholders yesterday and it's completely ignoring Engin, the silence was deafening.
ENG will be out of $$$ really soon IMO, watch for the cap rasing annoucement in the next 3 mths.
