Good Posts DGH/TheAdvisor. Seems to me like HAW didn't want to play nice hence further news on that issue is expected. I just hope HAW (for their shareholders sake) play ball because at the end of the day both Co's will benefit. This bit from the ann I find very important esp in todays climate : "Your Board has a very clear plan to get there. The proposed equity participation by cornerstone investor NMDC is a critical enabler and first step in executing on this strategy."
Give Sharon credit as NMDC had hundreds of spec Co's to choose from yet they chose ours.
