    There is no question this is a take over , pretty much anything over 40 to 45 per cent is control and they will have 50 percent with out any premium for a takeover.
    The other thing is there has been much chatter of Chinese based interest , seeing control of a valuable asset go for such an offer has blown that thought totally out of court.
