nmdc has considered couple of independent reports and paid under 8cents for the deal...
lcy has accepted that deal considering it is right valuation...
if you are paying 12cents to buy today what it means you are paying 50% premium on what it worth today and the valuation was very latest just 2 days old.....
if you are buying it in current you are still getting caught by day traders trap...
I am posting because I like lcy story but I would not want to pay 50% premium at the moment and stay aside to carefully buy it becuase it will be months away to get any positive news from the company....they are still exploring and read mining cycle , share holders often misinteret mining companies when it is on exploring stage and usually overvalued by the hype created by company to secure funding...
