I feel a bit more confident now that someone has gone to the trouble of selling 7 shares ($1.19) to reduce the last sale price from 19 cents to 17 cents.
In the past the Orbital share price was always able to do that sort of thing naturally (ie, without help). I suspect someone sees them as a cheap buy if they can keep it at 17c.
