What are you getting from the Annual report? All the information provided is already known apart from more detail on the financials and compensation.
Investors are consuming all information, announcements and releases from FBR, but the issue is despite working 24/7 IMO they haven't been able to keep the market reasonably informed of progress, and expected timelines keep slipping.
The key to FBR is demonstrating their technology, which was originally slated to be completed by end of 2017.
Now end of 2018 and nothing concrete has been provided to show investors really any progress at all.
At this rate the risk of not finalising by end of Jan 2019 is real, which means either CAT walks or there is another confidence sapping extension required.
