    I've had 5 total knee replacements , that works.

    but for your knee pain . (or any arthritic pain ) an anti-inflammatory is required IMO I take Diclofenac 100mg, which is the old Voltaran. To avoid the toxic effect on your stomach you should also take Omeprazole 20mg.

    If it is mild pysio can help by showing you how to exercise and build the supporting muscles around the knee joint. But if your condition is more serious, like getting near bone on bone pysio or anyone else will only take your money for no result.

    See your Doctor and ask for an x-ray.
