Earth, the only person that's concerned about rain is elc - downgrade of production presumably already priced in - the real issue is what is the future of the company which seem to hinge on whether Deeps happens or not. We arent going to know this until at least 2 years time at the earliest ie. sp isnt going to move much until this is more certain. $2.50 or $3 is in realm of fantasy at the moment!
