DULHUNTY POWER APPOINTS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dulhunty Power Limited (ASX: DUL) is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr
Tony Wingrove as Managing Director.

Mr Wingrove replaces Mr Alfred Chown who has held the Managing Director’s position
on an interim basis since the acquisition of Dulhunty Industries Pty Ltd in 2003.

Mr Chown will remain as a Director of Dulhunty Power Ltd and as Chairman of
Dulhunty Power’s main operating subsidiary Dulhunty Engineering Ltd.

In commenting on this key appointment, Mr Martin Thomas, Dulhunty Power Limited’s
Chairman, said,

“Mr Wingrove comes to Dulhunty Power after an impressive career and his
appointment underpins the company’s commitment to its strategic plan to pursue
acquisitions and new business opportunities in the electricity supply industry.”

Mr Wingrove is a fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and has a
long experience in the transmission, distribution and construction sectors of the
electrical industry. A key role in recent years was as advisor to Pirelli Cable and
Systems during construction of Basslink. Formerly a senior manager with the Olex http://www.olex.com.au/
Cables division of Pacific Dunlop, Mr Wingrove is an experienced manager of large
industrial operations and in the marketing of electrical and metallic products in Australia
and the USA.
