I haven’t followed the BCI story, they are primarily about rock salt.

Details on AMN can be found by closely reading their DFS.
They have NT agreement over most of the WA part of the lake. The NT part of the lake does not yet have an exploration license.
They need a further 2 NT agreements over the access road.

I haven’t considered the other points you have raised. Is major project status actually worth the paper it is written on? I haven’t considered if AMN has a competitive advantage. It has always looked like the best of two options with both being inferior in terms of distance to port compared with all peers.
