As I said, "hope springs eternal".
If this goes ahead, then the 4's will have greater risk than the 3's.
So a slightly higher interest rate, or maybe a special dividend would be nice.
There was one, on the change from 2's to 3's from memory.
Only going to happen if KS wishes to avoid the impression he's bludgening us hybrid holders into submission with threats only.
May well be a forlorn hope, but just one factor[as well as the chance the deal doesn't go thru] that kept me holding at $90, when it seems to be worth 85.
