    Looks like it is hard to value those Hybrids. I guess time will tell what SEVPC is worth.

    About 1% to $4 value, I derived it from the 0.4% gap between the CBAPA and WBCPB, which translated into $2/$100 face value. Also assume the payback of $4 in 4 years. My rule of thumb. Not scientific.
