    Ah yes Waranphil, I have actually noticed "I done that" a lot.

    Here is another one that I can't help but pick up but it is so so common:

    I would say a vast majority of Australians use "come" wrongly. So many use "come" when speaking in the past.

    Eg. When he first "come" here, he was really shy.

    If i were to guess, I would say 70% of Australians use this incorrectly and should say "came" when using the past tense.

    Also, have you ever noticed that Americans don't use their adverbs correctly or like we do. If you haven't noticed, listen out for it on live commentary. They will often say, "he ran quick" or 'he competed really strong tonight" or even "he did really good in his exam".

    It's something I always notice when listening to Americans.

    And as far as "passive voice" is concerned, I am sure many Australians think it is just speaking softly :)
