A young lad starts his first day at work at the Adult X-rated supplies shop. The other sales person fills him in on all the various goods they sell... books, vibrators, you name it, they sell it.
Around morning-tea time, the other guy goes out for a cigarette, leaving the new lad in charge of the shop.
Upon his return, he asks him how things went.
"Great" says they new lad...
"An old lady came into the shop, and I made my first sale. She asked me for a dildo, and I showed her our stock. But she wanted something bigger, so I showed her the larger ones, but she wanted a really big one. Just as I was about to give up, she pointed out the super-large checked-coloured one on the back shelf. It didn't have a price on it, but she made me an offer I couldn't refuse."
"You idiot!" replied the old salesman. "You've just sold her my thermos"
