There is pretty much always a level of personal responsibility needed, otherwise if the accused is found guilty he can just say he wasnt personally responsible, it happened because he watched too much porn or some other reason
If it did happen her part in what happened as a % is the tricky part, obviously this is minimal part it needs to be an open discussion
If you look like a biker youll be treated like a biker, if you look like a homeless person youll be treated like a homeless person, if you walk around like a big poof youll be treated like a big poof, if you dress like a tart youll be treated like a tart
If your drunk youre more than likely to say the wrong things, act the wrong way etc etc
