    However there is one point that I haven't seen mentioned. The woman in question had a position of authority over the boys, which makes it, in law, a much more serious situation.

    The age of consent, while arbitrary, MAY become irrelevant when a position of authority by the perpetrator is tossed into the mix.

    The question of whether the victims actually enjoyed it is also irrelevant as they do not have the legal right to give consent.

    Therefore the only question is, did the perpetrator, being in a position of authority over the boys, use her influence to encourage them to have sex with her? Because even if the boys were older than the age of consent, it may be successfully argued that they felt compelled to perform because of her ability to affect them adversely if they refused.
