It would be good to address social policy failures to drill down a bit into the data. Of those celebrate, is either gender more pronounced (eg. Is it mostly guys who can't attract a mate?). What percent of those not having sex are married (sexless marriages are increasingly common?). Was it no sex by mutual choice for those bound to relationships? What impact does the prevalence of drugs in society or alternative entertainment which is preferred over sexual intimacy have? I find the statistic alarming, I had no idea about it.
