I understand that politics can have an effect on real estate and vice versa but it's a bit of a stretch to have a thread about it in the politics forum imo.
Unless there was a specific policy change occurring e.g. getting rid of negative gearing.
Otherwise, we may as well talk about sport, entertainment, food etc. Politics is entwined with all those things as well.
Seems more like a topic for the general or real estate threads.
