I am sorry for your daughter. My guess she did not play the system right. All she had to do is ring the cops and say I am frightened. Cops will come and evict the man from the house no question asked. no judge. nothing. System assumes that every male is testosterone driven homicidal maniac. That what women groups have arranged for they fellow men. Then man has to go to court to prove that he is not threatening her. How? Meanwhile he is on the street, no clothing can not go home because he will be arrested. Stressed to the max unable to work and possibly start to drink or worse. That is where we are in this time and place. Do not take my word for it go to a parents with no partners group meeting and hear for your self.
