yeah was interesting the high level comments regarding this comment then onto Gillards response in question time to the question of a lady who is going into debt for the only drug that keeps her alive/allows a quality of life and it's not on PBS due to the toughening of government budgetary money flows....Gillards response to this 'inconvenience' was the equivalent of too bad so sad, let her eat cake.
