Worked out key dates when we may see the back of Sexton or will he jump first??

• AGM Circus -
• new Notice of Meeting approx Dec 28 2020
• AGM Jan 29 2021 - 2nd Strike & Spill motion.
• AGM Spill then approx May 4/5 2021. Looks gone here.
• Board changes - new Director to be identified by Dec 28 2020? Where is Yuan Ma?
• ASX - ASIC - FIRB. Sexton will need all completed by AGM date. Yes??
• BFC H1 FY 20/1 results - another loss coming. Into Year 6 of consecutive losses - why change ??
• BPAM termination - announced. EGM is May 28 2020.
• $$ - Company must be burning cash. When and how will next $$ ask on shareholders happen?? At or before AGM?

Does anyone have an update on Lactoferrins.
