Important holders stick to their guns at the agm and not be conned by BPAM's shenanigans into changing their minds on the rem resolution. Vote it down then vote for a spill. The longer Sexton and Gerlach are about the longer they have to manipulate the future of BFC. Partial exit payment to BPAM is +20 million shares and I wonder how these plus their existing holdings might be used to maintain control. Given their records i wouldn't trust them as far as i could kick 'em. Maybe we'd be better off paying BPAM out rather than issuing shares as part payment.
