Actually come to think of it I wouldn't put it past NWT to have designed this SPP for failure. I mean how many are really going to apply for shares at a tick discount when you don't even know what the final price will be?
Whats the bet there is a decent shortfall in SPP which opens up NWT to claim they need to instead attain the funds via a sophisticated placement at a handsome discount.
