Zup, I stumbled onto it from word of mouth... its been in the aust press mainly for public to get berkshire exposure but with capital protection. Also 4.95% interest rate which is cheap true... It can be used in trusts and smsf's as well.　i just got min investment in berkshire personal name for myself which is 50k. I paid $8250 upfront which i can claim 1/3 off back each year for 3 years so my max risk is $4900 net after tax.

Allot of people are doing the asx200 investment, however allot of property centric people who also have a direct equities aust portfolio like the berkshire one.
