Did you miss the bit "Farminee continuing internal due diligence before proceeding to final board approval"?
It appears the matter is entirely out of WHL hands at the moment, all they have to report is that it is also now out of the Seychelles govt in trays.
I also wonder what the 'amended work program' means in terms of first drill date. Back in December we went from 2 wells by July 31 2013 to 1 well by 31 Jan 2014, what will it be now?
