I to was hoping for the LOI to be complete also dude342. A friend of mine that deals in these agreements put it in prospective for me.

In any major agreement there is changes made by all parties involved. Some changes are major and some are minor.

All changes require approval when this much money is involved.

The changes made by the Seychelles gov could be enough to change the agreement with the farmin partner requiring additional / WHL agreements.

I am OK with that now and waiting for more good news.
