Europe: The Final Countdown

Only a few days left for an outcome. I hope for a positive announcement (e.g. we have found a farm-in partner willing to go with us). To be honest, I don't expect a super deal ... every potential partner knows that WHN is with its back against the wall. They simply can't afford another failure. Also, the amount of time there was to find a partner wasn't a lot, especially if a potential farminee came new to the table ... a whole heap of analysis needs to be done, and eventually all approvals are required, maybe up to board level?

I have little money in WHN and that makes me sleep ok. I feel it is a bit of a gamble (e.g. my investment is pretty much based on "hope" rather than "facts").

Should there be a farminee, I guess the reaction of the shareprice will much depend on the deal itself. Can WHN be free carried? How much WI are they left with? Only time will tell.
