I congratulate Sezzle on the First Quarter 2024 Earnings results.

BUT my big concern is that research companies (like GuruFocus Research, posted by Yahoo Finance) are starting to focus on the weekly / sometimes daily insider sales of Mr. Paul Paradis (Co-Founder/Director/President).

I don't want to ring alarm bells, but IMHO Mr. Paul Paradis is the biggest danger to Sezzle shareholders that I have seen in a very long time of trading ASX stocks. (I have a link below)

We all remember the delay to the listing of Sezzle in Aug 2023 due to liquidity, therefore Mr. Paul Paradis needs to STOP or slow down, for the sake of the integrity of the Sezzle listing on the Nasdaq.

Are there any "Wordsmiths" / intelligent people on this HC thread, who can draft me a letter that I can send to Sezzle Investor Relations or to Chairman Mr Charles Youakin, as my grammar is not always the best.

I listened to Charles Youakin closing remarks on Thursday morning, and he said "in honor of the late Charlie Munger, I'd also like to thank the true investors out there that follow us and sit on your ask method to investing with Sezzle and have invested and held our shares through it all because of their belief from what we're doing as a company. Please know that we keep you in mind as we continue to innovate and deliver"

I think to myself, that he is also NOT happy with the never ending stock sales by Mr. Paul Paradis.
