Oh dear,
As before, I don't want to ring alarm bells, but now we have 2 directors selling
1 Current director in Paul Paridis who sells 1,645 every Friday
1 Former director in Paul Martin Purcell who sold 5,000 in the last 2 days, being 3,955 on 17-June and 1,045 on 18-June.
The issue I have now, is that Paul Martin Purcell has just submitted a Form 144 to sell another 30,000 at $80.50 USD starting tonight, and 30,000 is nearly 1/2 the daily sales.
This will put an upper lid on the price at $80.50 for a while.
Paul Martin Purcell still has 460,761 shares to sell.
I just wish that these director could be polite as give us shareholders a guide to there sales for the upcoming year, rather than just 1 days notice.
Does anyone have the ability to "get into the ear" of CEO Charles Youakim and asks Charles to request these 2 guys to provide a forecast of future sales.
